Builder-operator

I'm an operator with twelve years of experience across marketing, growth, product, strategy, and operations. Somewhere along the way I realised the work I love most is being face-to-face with something I don't know the answer to. I'm a problem solver.

Untangling the ambiguous and creating something elegant, repeatable, and useful is my favourite kind of work, and designing from data and evidence is a cornerstone of how I operate. Cliché as it might be, AI has transformed how I work: my mind moves fast, and now I can build what I imagine far quicker. 

As a longtime consultant and Chief of Staff, I've worked closely with founders and C-suites to drive forward key initiatives, across healthtech, edtech, and govtech, with forays into fashion and the creative industries. I love being around passionate, smart, ambitious people who want to push the boundaries of what's possible. 

I also teach, as a visiting lecturer and an accelerator coach. It keeps me close to the founders, students, and mentees who challenge me to grow, and it's a genuine privilege.
