110 early-stage entrepreneurs tuned in for this session on building online communities. We began with customer empathy and then explored engagement tactics,  channel selection and connecting content to user needs and journeys. We also explored tools and platforms for managing customer relationships. 

Unlock Revenue with Sales Funnel Diagnostics
Client: Luxury Fashion Brand

In this one-on-one founder workshop, we started with data exploration, reviewing web analytics, user journeys, sales data, and on-page behaviour to find CRO opportunities. The optimizations implemented as a result of this workshop led to a remarkable 192% increase in sales week-over-week.

Shaping the Future of Experience

University professors, students, government officials, and industry came together to explore the challenges graduates face trying to enter the cybersecurity industry after graduation. Participants went through user research, problem definition, ideation, and concept prioritisation to create community-driven solutions.

150 United Nations Youth Delegates (ages 14-30) came together to design solutions for the future, namely, how to empower young people to take ownership of their health through self-care solutions.

Youth innovation challenge for 16-25-year-olds to solve global issues. In 64 countries, 2.6M+ participants. I taught design thinking workshops, helping teams find product-market fit for their tech-for-good solutions.

B2B sustainability brands mastered authentic lead generation on LinkedIn. Participants learned to stand out from spam and effectively qualify prospects. The workshop highlighted how to balance automation with personalized engagement for impactful, genuine outreach.
