110 early-stage entrepreneurs tuned in for this session on building online communities. We began with customer empathy and then explored engagement tactics, channel selection and connecting content to user needs and journeys. We also explored tools and platforms for managing customer relationships.

Client: Luxury Fashion Brand
In this one-on-one founder workshop, we started with data exploration, reviewing web analytics, user journeys, sales data, and on-page behaviour to find CRO opportunities. The optimizations implemented as a result of this workshop led to a remarkable 192% increase in sales week-over-week.
Shaping the Future of Experience
University professors, students, government officials, and industry came together to explore the challenges graduates face trying to enter the cybersecurity industry after graduation. Participants went through user research, problem definition, ideation, and concept prioritisation to create community-driven solutions.
